1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
   To enter the “Ford Bronco Sport Giveaway,” participants must complete in‑store registration prior to the contest end date of 4/27/2026. Mail‑in entries will not be accepted.
2. NOTIFICATION & RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
   The winner will be notified via email after 4/27/2026. Prior to receiving the prize, the winner must provide a valid Social Security number or federal tax ID number and must complete an W-9 and a Publicity/Liability Release & Consent Form.
• The Furniture Mart is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to contact the winner.
• If the selected winner is deemed ineligible, fails to respond, or does not complete required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non‑transferable.
• All taxes, fees, and costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Prize value will be reported to the IRS and state revenue agencies via Form 1099.
• Failure to provide required tax information within 15 days of notification will result in forfeiture of the prize.
3. PRIZE:
   One (1) prize consisting of $35,000.00 toward the purchase of a 2026 Ford Bronco Sport through Billion Automotive, provided by The Furniture Mart, or the cash equivalent.
• The winner will have 15 days from notification to claim the prize.
• The winner is responsible for contacting the dealership and selecting the vehicle.
• Winner is responsible for all taxes, title, registration, and licensing fees in their state of residence.
• Vehicle delivery may be available at the winner’s expense.
• Winner grants The Furniture Mart the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes for this and future events without additional compensation.
4. ELIGIBILITY:
   Open to U.S. residents age 18 or older who maintain a current residence within The Furniture Mart trade area.
   Excludes employees of The Furniture Mart, its suppliers, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/media/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members.
   Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
   Entry constitutes acceptance of these rules and agreement to abide by all decisions of The Furniture Mart.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
   Entrants release The Furniture Mart, its suppliers, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies from all liability arising from participation in this contest, including but not limited to personal injury or loss of property.
6. PRIZE SUBSTITUTION:
   The Furniture Mart reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REVOKE:
   The Furniture Mart may modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or contest operation will result in disqualification.
8. INTERNET & TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS:
   If any portion of the contest cannot operate as intended due to technical failures, tampering, fraud, viruses, or any other cause compromising the integrity of the promotion, The Furniture Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate the contest.
   Any attempt to disrupt or undermine legitimate contest operations will result in disqualification.
   Information submitted by entrants (name, address, email, etc.) may be used by Furniture Mart USA and contest sponsors for marketing or promotional purposes.
