1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter the La-Z-Boy Canterbury Park Giveaway, participants must complete an official entry form either online or in person at Canterbury Park prior to the contest end date of June 21, 2026. Mail-in entries will not be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per household.

2. Notification, Presence & Release of Liability

Must be present at Canterbury Park on June 21, 2026, to be eligible to win. Winners are required to provide a valid Social Security number or Federal Tax ID and must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility & Acceptance and a Publicity/Liability Release & Consent Form prior to prize award. The Furniture Mart is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify winners. If a selected winner is deemed ineligible or fails to complete required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any costs or fees associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize values will be reported to the IRS and applicable state revenue departments via Form 1099. Failure to provide required tax information will result in forfeiture of the prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. Prizes

Ten (10) prizes will be awarded in the form of a $500 La-Z-Boy merchandise certificate from The Furniture Mart. Certificates have no cash value. If the selected recliner exceeds $500, the winner is responsible for the difference. If the purchase total is less than $500, the remaining balance is forfeited. Full-service delivery is available within The Furniture Mart trade area at the winner’s expense. Winners have 30 days following notification to claim their prize and arrange pickup at the Furniture Mart Shakopee location or coordinate delivery. By accepting the prize, winners grant permission for The Furniture Mart to use their name, likeness, and/or photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

4. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older who reside within The Furniture Mart trade area. Employees of The Furniture Mart, its suppliers, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies—and their immediate family members—are not eligible. The Furniture Mart reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.
